FAQ
Quick answers before you buy
Clear answers on your hotspot, included data and setup.
What is included with my hotspot purchase?
Your purchase includes the T8 portable WiFi hotspot and 15GB of high-speed U.S. data, valid for 90 days from first successful activation. No SIM to insert, app setup, contract or automatic renewal is required.
When does my 90-day plan begin?
Your plan begins when T8 is powered on and successfully activated for the first time—not when you order and not when it ships.
After activation, you can check your remaining data and expiration date anytime through the recharge portal.
Do I get free monthly data for life?
Yes. Every IotesimGlo hotspot purchased from this website includes free monthly rewards for life. Scan the QR code on your device screen to get 1GB of U.S. data or $2 in top-up credit each month.
Choose one reward per month. Unactivated 1GB rewards can accumulate; each is valid for 30 days once activated.
Is the included data a monthly allowance?
No. The listed data is your total allowance for the entire validity period. It does not reset each month. All T8 options include the T8 device and high-speed U.S. data.
Do I need an app or SIM card to get started?
No. Your T8 arrives ready to connect with no physical SIM or app setup. Power it on, scan the WiFi QR code or enter the password shown on the screen, and get online.
How does CloudSIM technology work?
T8 uses CloudSIM to select an available supported mobile network for your plan and location. No SIM swapping or manual carrier setup is required. Service and speeds depend on local coverage and network conditions.
Will this work with my phone and laptop?
Yes. T8 creates a private WiFi connection for phones, laptops, tablets, and other compatible devices.
Do these options include international data?
The included 15GB provides U.S. data. International data plans are available separately.
How does shipping work?
Free U.S. shipping from our U.S. warehouse. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after shipment, not from payment. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. View shipping details.
Where can I find warranty and support details?
Review our warranty policy or contact support for the current terms.
What happens when my data runs out?
Internet access stops when your included high-speed data is used up or your plan expires. No reduced-speed service is included. Scan the QR code on your T8 to view new data plans.
