Does the $139 plan work outside the US?
No. The promo data is US networks only. The T8 hardware works in 130+ countries when you add a compatible international plan via the on-screen recharge QR.
Is 100GB enough? How long does it last?
100GB is valid for 365 days and fits most travel, host, and remote-work use. HD streaming uses about 1GB per hour. Need more? Buy a refill anytime.

Can I use it for international travel?
Yes. After delivery, scan the recharge QR and buy an international or regional prepaid plan. Promo bundle data remains US-only unless stated otherwise on the product.
Device & setup
How soon can I activate after delivery?
As soon as it arrives. Power on, scan the WiFi QR (or enter the password). Usually online in about 1–2 minutes.
Do I need a SIM card?
No. Built-in CloudSIM — power on and connect. No SIM to insert or swap for normal use. It automatically switches toward the strongest local signal.
How many devices?
Up to 8 devices at the same time — phones, laptops, tablets, and more.
Battery?
The battery is about 3500mAh. Runtime is up to about 12 hours — typically enough for a normal day of use, depending on how you use it.

What if the device is defective?
