FAQ
Your unlimited plan, explained
One device. 30 days of U.S. connectivity.
Does the price include the hotspot?
Yes. Your purchase includes the T8 portable WiFi hotspot and 30 days of unlimited U.S. data. The $89 refill is data only for your compatible T8; another device is not included.
Is the unlimited plan really unlimited?
Yes. The 30-day U.S. unlimited plan has no daily or total data cap, and no usage threshold that triggers reduced speeds. Your high-speed data allowance does not run out during the plan period.
Do I get free monthly data for life?
Yes. Every IotesimGlo hotspot purchased from this website includes free monthly rewards for life. Scan the QR code on your device screen to get 1GB of U.S. data or $2 in top-up credit each month.
Choose one reward per month. Unactivated 1GB rewards can accumulate; each is valid for 30 days once activated.
How is this different from an unlimited travel eSIM or SIM plan?
Some plans advertised as unlimited provide a limited high-speed allowance, then reduce speeds. This T8 unlimited plan has no such allowance limit or usage-based slowdown. T8 shares its connection over WiFi, so you do not need to install an eSIM on your phone.
Will my connection speed always stay the same?
No usage-based throttling does not mean a fixed connection speed. Actual speeds can vary with signal strength, location, network congestion and device conditions.
When do my 30 days begin?
The plan begins on first successful activation, not when you order or when the device ships.
What happens after 30 days?
The included plan expires. You can buy another 30 days of unlimited U.S. data for $89 through our refill website when you need it. There is no automatic renewal.
Can I use the included data outside the United States?
No. The included plan covers the United States. International data plans are sold separately; check destination coverage before traveling.
Where can I check shipping, returns and support?
See our shipping policy, refund policy or contact support before ordering.
