Return window

Unused hardware may be returned within the allowed return period after delivery, subject to condition check and proof of purchase.

Eligible cases

Wrong item shipped, damage in transit, and verified hardware defects under warranty conditions.

Non-refundable / limited

Consumed prepaid data, activated plans, and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Returns may be rejected for abuse, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, or returns without prior approval.

How to request

Contact support@iotesimglo.com with your order number and issue details before shipping anything back. Do not return without authorization.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary.

Lifetime device replacement: For active users under normal use, we provide lifetime device replacement for verified hardware defects (inspection-based). Email support with your order number to start a request.
