Refund & Return Policy

We want every customer to have a smooth experience with IotesimGlo products and services. This policy explains return eligibility, refund scope, and claim steps.

1) Return Window

Unused hardware may be returned within the allowed return period after delivery, subject to condition check and proof of purchase.

2) Eligible Return Cases

Common eligible cases include wrong item shipped, device damaged in transit, and verified hardware defects under warranty conditions.

Lifetime hardware warranty support for manufacturing defects is available to active IotesimGlo service users under normal use conditions.

Eligibility may require proof of purchase, order verification, serial number matching, and reasonable evidence of the issue.

3) Non-Returnable / Limited Refund Items

Consumed prepaid data, activated plans, and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Returns may be rejected for physical abuse, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, missing accessories, or returns sent without prior approval.

4) 60-Day Trial and Device Fault Handling

Where a campaign or product page explicitly states a trial period (for example, a 60-day trial), requests within that period are handled according to the published campaign terms. Verified device malfunction claims may be resolved by replacement, repair, or refund based on diagnosis and stock availability.

5) How to Submit a Return / Refund Request

Before returning any item, contact support@iotesimglo.com with your order number, contact information, and issue details. If requested, provide photos/videos for faster verification.

6) Return Shipping and Inspection

Do not ship products back without authorization. Approved returns are inspected after receipt. Refund amount may be adjusted if returned items are incomplete, damaged by misuse, or outside policy scope.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing, original shipping fees, customs charges, and third-party payment processing fees may be non-refundable.

7) Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Actual posting time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Chargeback rights, if any, are governed by your card issuer's rules and applicable law.

8) Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version published on this page applies.

9) Relationship to Other Terms

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where mandatory local law provides additional consumer rights, those rights apply.
