2) Products and Services

IotesimGlo provides portable WiFi devices and prepaid data services. Product specifications, plan benefits, and campaign details are shown on relevant pages. Promo plans apply to their listed country or region.

3) Account and Information Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for activity under your account. During checkout, you agree to provide complete and truthful information.

4) Orders and Payments

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed after successful payment authorization through approved payment providers. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases such as payment risk, stock limitations, or policy violations.

5) Data Usage and Fair Use

Data plans are prepaid and generally non-refundable once activated. You must not use the service for abusive traffic, fraud, spamming, hacking, or activities that affect network stability or violate laws.

6) Service Availability

Coverage, speed, and quality vary by country, local carrier, terrain, and network load. IotesimGlo cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity in all locations at all times.

7) Intellectual Property

Website content, graphics, text, trademarks, and related materials are owned by IotesimGlo or authorized partners and may not be reused without permission.

8) Lifetime Warranty (Normal Use, Active Service Required)

Lifetime warranty support applies to manufacturing defects under normal use for customers who maintain active IotesimGlo service usage.

For warranty purposes, an active user means an account with recent valid IotesimGlo service activity (for example, at least one active plan or recharge in the past 6 months).

Warranty remedies are at IotesimGlo's discretion and may include diagnosis, repair, replacement, or equivalent substitute model. Coverage excludes abuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, modification, or external causes not related to manufacturing defects.

9) Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IotesimGlo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to products, plans, website access, or service use.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to IotesimGlo for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim within the previous 12 months.

Our services may involve third-party providers (such as payment processors, logistics carriers, telecom partners, and analytics tools). Their terms and policies may also apply.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in writing, products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

14) Force Majeure

IotesimGlo is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier outages, telecom failures, natural disasters, government actions, customs delays, labor disputes, or cyber incidents.

15) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing formal claims, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written notice to the contact email below.

16) Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms, together with posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and IotesimGlo regarding the services.
