Sign in to see orders from checkout, add data to your T8, or review policies. Guest checkout still works — an account is optional.

Orders & sign-in

Use the same email you entered when you paid online. Order history and downloads appear after you sign in.

Track shipping

After you sign in, open your order to see its status (for example Processing or Completed). When the package ships, we send the carrier and tracking number to your checkout email — check inbox and spam/junk.

  1. Click Sign In / View Orders and log in with your checkout email.
  2. Go to Orders and select the order number.
  3. Read the order status on that page. For live tracking, use the shipment email we send when the order ships.
  4. Guest checkout or no email? Contact support@iotesimglo.com with your order number.

  • When emailing support, include your order number and checkout email.
